BAMSI is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our community-based group homes for adults with complex medical needs. You will oversee medical care and medications, train staff on safe practices, and ensure regulatory compliance.

This on-site 8-hour shift on Fridays offers benefits including vacation, holidays, a 403(b) plan, and paid CEU trainings. A MA LPN license, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation are required.

Competenze

• Active LPN license in MA is required.
• Driver's license and reliable car are required.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; multilingual is a plus.

Mansioni

• Medical & Medication Oversight - manage care and medications and train staff on MAP.
• Crisis Intervention - respond to emergencies and de-escalate crises.
• Staff Training - educate staff on health/safety rules and document incidents.
• Compliance - keep programs up to date with medical and medication laws and inspections.
