Job summary

Qualifications

• Current LPN license from the State of Minnesota -OR- Graduate of a medical assistant program with CMA OR CCMA certification within one year of hire
• American Heart Association BLS certification within 30 days of hire
• One year of clinical nursing experience

Responsibilities

• Manage the physician's daily clinic schedule to ensure timely patient assessments
• Assist in procedures, administer medications, and operate medical equipment (EKG, nebulizers)
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records under pressure and adapt to patient needs
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and admin staff to optimize patient flow and care coordination
• Stock supplies and manage communication between patients and staff
