BrightSpring Health Services is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Cordova, TN team as Private Duty LPN Clinical Scheduler. This full-time role provides administrative support, coordinates patient schedules, and ensures visits align with orders and regulatory requirements.

You will greet visitors, handle calls, assign clinicians by patient needs, and maintain visits in the EMR. The position offers team support, stability, and opportunities for advancement within home

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED required.
• Valid LPN license in the state of practice and residence.
• Current CPR certification; home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors in a courteous, professional manner.
• Answer incoming calls from patients and staff and route appropriately.
• Take messages and relay promptly to the right person.
• Assign clinicians based on patient needs, location, and clinician skill.
• Maintain visit data in electronic medical records (EMR).
