Job summary

Adoration Health in Cleveland, TN is seeking an LPN Clinical Scheduler to provide administrative support and manage patient visit scheduling for home health services. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid LPN license in the state of practice and in the state of residence.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Minimum of one year clinical experience, preferably in home health.
• Minimum of two years of administrative experience in a healthcare environment, preferred.
• Home health and/or hospice experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of home care frameworks and processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with ability to learn industry software.

Responsibilities

• Greets visitors in a courteous, professional manner.
• Answers incoming calls from patients, staff, physician offices, and referral sources.
• Takes messages and relays promptly to appropriate personnel.
• Selects appropriate clinician for patient assignment based on needs and location.
• Maintains visit data in the electronic medical record.
