Sarasota Memorial Health Care System is seeking a Clinical Care Coordinator II to provide patient care aligned with age-specific needs and assist in managing patient care in the physician office setting under direct supervision of a provider.

Qualifications include BLS/CPR within 30 days of hire and a nursing degree (RN or diploma). Prior outpatient office experience and familiarity with EHR/PM software are preferred. Applicants must comply with background screening requirements.

Qualifications

• Requires Basic Life Support/CPR certification or within 30 days of hire.
• Graduate of accredited nursing school or diploma program.
• Prefer 1 year of outpatient physician office experience.
• Prefer experience with electronic practice management and electronic health records.
• Prefer knowledge of EHR/PM software along with MS Office tools.

The Clinical Care Coordinator II demonstrate the competency to provide patient care according to the age-specific population needs and assist in the management of patient care in the physician office setting under the direct supervision of a provider.

• Require Basic Life Support/CPR certification; or must be obtained within thirty (30) days of hire/transfer date.
• Require graduate of an accredited school of nursing or a diploma program.
• Prefer one (1) year of clinical experience in outpatient physician office practice.
• Prefer experience with an electronic practice management and electronic health record.
• Prefer demonstrated knowledge of electronic practice management and electronic health records software along with skill in all Microsoft office software programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point).
