Job summary

Sarasota Memorial Health Care System is seeking a Clinical Care Coordinator II to support patient care in the physician office setting under direct supervision. Candidates should be an LPN with CPR/BLS and nursing education, with preference for outpatient clinic experience and familiarity with EHR and practice management tools.

The role emphasizes coordinating care, using MS Office tools, and applying age-appropriate care protocols. Monday–Friday schedule with typical clinic hours in Florida.

Qualifications

• Require Basic Life Support/CPR certification; or must be obtained within thirty (30) days of hire/transfer date.
• Require graduate of an accredited school of nursing or a diploma program.
• Prefer one (1) year of clinical experience in outpatient physician office practice.
• Prefer experience with an electronic practice management and electronic health record.
• Prefer demonstrated knowledge of electronic practice management and electronic health records software along with skill in all Microsoft office software programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point).
