Job summary

SSM Health's Allergy Clinic in Missouri is seeking a Clinic Nurse to coordinate patient care, perform clinical assessments, educate patients, and ensure seamless delivery of services in a fast-paced clinic.

Under the direction of a registered nurse or physician, you will contribute to patient assessments, administer medications, and support care teams during day shifts, Monday through Friday, with no nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

Responsibilities

• Assists in patient assessment and well-being.
• Administers medications and monitors for adverse reactions.
• Performs laboratory tests and therapeutic services.
• Educates patients and families about disease treatment and self-care after discharge.
• Transcribes orders and documents encounters as directed by the provider.
• Maintains patient charts and follows up on test results and care plans.
• Ensures safe, alert practice and completes assigned duties.
