Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain patient flow during clinic hours and document vitals.
• Review systems, update medical history, and manage EMR records.
• Prepare patient charts by scanning and reviewing tests and reports.
• Assist with med refills and pre-authorizations as needed.
• Triage patients and respond to MyChart; manage calls and scheduling.
• Perform basic nursing duties such as phlebotomy and injections as allowed.
• Ensure infection control and maintain clean, stocked exam rooms.
• Provide patient education and handle related paperwork.
