Job summary

Avita Health System is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the Health Services Department at our Galion/Ontario locations. You will assess, plan and implement nursing care for patients in the physician clinic under the supervision of the physician or APP. You will participate in patient and family teaching and advocate for patients as part of our mission.

Requirements include an active Ohio LPN license and current BLS certification. Two years in a physician office is preferred.

Responsibilities
