Job summary

The Little Clinic is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to support operations across clinic tasks, patient check-in, vitals, and basic care under supervision. The role emphasizes strong patient service within a fast-paced retail healthcare setting.

Responsibilities include EHR documentation, biometric screenings, injections, and front-desk assistance, with a focus on delivering a stellar patient experience while maintaining compliance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience as LPN or in a similar role preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• Valid LPN licensure required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Strong administrative, communication and organizational skills.
• Good math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
• Excellent customer service and task-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining a safe, quality-based healthcare environment as required to maintain Joint Commission Accreditation.
• Conduct biometric screenings.
• Prepare and administer injections and immunizations as prescribed.
• Assist with cerumen removal and nebulizer therapy as ordered.
• Greet customers and potential patients in front area.
• Process patient registration and collect insurance information.
• Enter patient data in the EHR and document medical history and vitals.
• Manage waiting room flow and answer calls as needed.
