Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work in clinic settings under RN/Physician supervision. The role involves providing compassionate patient care, performing nursing tasks, and supporting immunization or wellness programs as needed.

This on-site position is in Logansport, IN, offering a contract - full time schedule of 37.50 hours per week and pay of $30 per hour. Current LPN license in the state, CPR, and a year of clinic experience are strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN license in the state where practicing.
• One year experience as an LPN/LVN in a clinic setting preferred.
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Location: Logansport, IN

Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, the LicensedPractical/Vocational Nurse works in a variety of remote or clinic settings toserve a specific population's health and/or wellness needs. These variety of sites include but are notlimited to community or employment immunization clinics, wellness clinics, jobsafety and workers compensation sites and travel health clinics from pediatricto geriatric age populations.

The Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse demonstrates theability to make clinical judgments in an effective and efficient manner underthe supervision of an RN or Physician.The Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse demonstrates critical thinkingand performance ability in the coordination of patient care. Consistently performs according to nursingstandards and is accountable in providing safe, quality patient care.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse License in statewhere they are practicing
• One year experience as an LPN/LVN in a clinic settingpreferred
