Job summary

Delta Health Center, Inc. seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for on-site, patient-centered care across pediatric, adult, family and women's health services. You will expedite referrals to specialty offices, manage calls, and document referrals while maintaining a high standard of organization.

The role requires IV certification, a certificate of completion, and 1 year of healthcare experience; a 401(k) plan, health and life insurance, paid time off, and vision coverage are provided.

Qualifications

• IV certification is required.
