Qualifications

• Must have active Illinois LPN license.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing education program.
• No prior abuse convictions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow policies, maintain safety, and deliver empathetic care.

Responsibilities

• Provide total nursing care to residents on the shift as an LPN.
• Participate in developing and implementing individualized care plans with the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and evaluate effectiveness.
• Educate residents and families on care plans.
• Monitor and support team member performance and development.
• Act as a charge nurse and support resident care decisions.
