Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing education program.
• Active LPN license in Illinois.
• No prior abuse convictions.

Responsibilities

• Provide total nursing care to residents on the assigned unit during the shift as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Participate in developing and implementing individualized care plans with the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and evaluate effectiveness.
• Maintain an environment that promotes residents' physical, social, and psychological well-being.
• Educate residents and families on care plans and medical procedures.
• Monitor team member performance and assist with development, evaluation, and corrective actions.
