Job summary

Comer Health & Rehab in Comer, GA is seeking a part-time LPN Charge Nurse for night shifts. You will work with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care, administer medications, monitor residents, and supervise CNAs.

Starting pay ranges from $28.49 to $31.40 per hour with evening, night, and weekend shift differentials, weekly pay, and benefits including PTO, holidays, vision, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse license (GA or eligible).

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
