Affinis Hospice LLC in Comer, GA is seeking a Part-Time Night LPN to join our patient-centered care team. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with RNs and CNAs to deliver high-quality, compassionate care in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

• Active LPN license (GA or eligible).
