• Must be a licensed practical nurse (LPN) in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Assess and implement resident care per nursing standards and requirements.
• Make daily rounds to monitor resident condition and comfort.
• Initiate procedures to protect residents from injury and infection.
• Assist with developing and evaluating plans of care with RN/DON.
• Support restorative care and group activities for residents.
• Supervise staff performance and ensure nursing policies are followed.
• Communicate with physicians and ensure follow-through on care plans.
