Eatonton Health & Rehab in Eatonton, GA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for a PRN Charge Nurse role. You will work with RNs, CNAs and the care team to deliver high-quality, compassionate care in a non-profit, mission-driven setting.

Responsibilities include medication administration, monitoring patient conditions, care plan adherence, and supervising CNAs. Eligible Georgia LPN license required; long-term care experience preferred. Competitive pay and benefits offered.
