Job summary

Zebulon Park Health & Rehab in Macon, GA is seeking an LPN to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. You’ll collaborate with RNs and CNAs to administer medications, monitor residents, document care, and follow care plans and regulatory standards.

We offer a competitive hourly wage of $28.49–$31.40, shift differentials, weekly pay, benefits (medical, dental, vision), PTO, 401(k) with match and a referral bonus. Great Place to Work Certified.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Georgia or eligible.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred.
• Able to supervise CNAs and support staff.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care per care plans.
• Supervise CNAs in delivering care.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
