Qualifications

• Active Missouri LPN license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing personnel to promote quality resident care.
• Coordinate daily nursing care and address residents' needs.
• Monitor residents for changes and communicate updates to departments.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, room changes, and leaves of absence.
• Educate residents and families about care needs and nursing services.
• Follow infection prevention and control procedures to maintain safety.
• Participate in QA and continuous quality improvement activities.
• Identify and monitor residents for appropriate care programs.
• Respond to emergencies and use emergency equipment appropriately.
• Ensure care aligns with physician orders, policies, and regulations.
