Job summary

PruittHealth is seeking an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Supervisor to oversee nursing staff and ensure high-quality resident care in a post-acute setting. The role focuses on medication administration, documentation, and collaboration with physicians and the care team.

The position emphasizes leadership, coaching of CNAs, and a culture of compassion and clinical excellence within our nursing team.

Qualifications

• Active, current, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
• Previous Charge Nurse, Team Lead, or nursing leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or post-acute care preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, medication administration, and documentation skills.
• Ability to lead, coach, and support nursing assistants and clinical team members.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and support nursing staff to deliver exceptional resident care.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and company policies.
• Monitor resident condition and promptly communicate changes to physicians and the care team.
• Supervise and assist CNAs and other clinical team members during assigned shifts.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with nursing standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Promote a culture of compassion, teamwork, and clinical excellence
