Job summary

PruittHealth is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Supervisor in Georgia to lead nursing teams in a post-acute care setting. The role focuses on medication administration, accurate documentation, and coordinating care with physicians and therapists to ensure high-quality resident outcomes.

Ideal candidates will have an active LPN license, PN program graduate status, and prior leadership or charge nurse experience.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted LPN license in state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or post-acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support nursing staff to deliver resident care.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and policies.
• Monitor resident condition and communicate changes to physicians and team.
• Supervise and assist CNAs and clinical staff during shifts.
• Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Promote compassion, teamwork, and clinical excellence.
