Job summary

Northridge Health & Rehab in Georgia is seeking an LPN to join a compassionate care team. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, person-centered care in a non-profit, mission-driven setting.

We offer competitive pay from $28.49 to $31.40 per hour, evenings and weekend shift differentials, plus benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license (GA or eligible).
• Compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Experience in long-term care preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
