Job Purpose:The LPN Charge Nurse on the 2nd Floor at Lenbrook Square Foundation Inc is responsible for providing specialized wound care to patients. This role involves assessing, evaluating, and treating patient wounds, developing individualized care plans, and ensuring the effective management of wound care supplies.
