Job summary

Comer Health & Rehab in Comer, GA seeks an LPN to deliver compassionate, patient-centered nursing care alongside RNs and CNAs. You will administer medications, monitor conditions, document care and ensure regulatory compliance within a supportive, mission-driven setting.

We offer $28.49 to $31.40 per hour with evenings, nights and weekends shift differentials, weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k) match and employee recognition programs.

Qualifications

• LPN license in GA or eligible to obtain one.
• Passion for delivering high-quality care in long-term care.
• Strong teamwork and communication with interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care per care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards.
