Job summary

Louisa Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to supervise CNAs and provide direct patient care in a 90-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. You will document patient status and coordinate with RNs to address care plan issues.

Qualifications

• Current license by the Virginia Board of Nursing to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse.

Responsibilities

• The LPN supervises CNAs and provides direct patient care in accordance with state and MFA guidelines.
• Writes weekly/monthly summaries of patients' status, abilities and addresses problems identified in the patient care plan for RN review.
