Job summary

HMR Veteran's Services in Walterboro, SC is seeking a dedicated Nursing Supervisor to oversee day-to-day nursing activities in alignment with federal, state, and local standards, ensuring the highest quality of care at all times.

Candidates must hold a Nursing Degree or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program, maintain an active license in South Carolina, and have at least 1 year of clinical experience in a hospital or long-term care setting. Full-time or part-time positions available.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Nursing Degree or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
• Must possess a current, active license to practice as an LPN/LVN in this state.
• One year of experience in a hospital, nursing care facility, or related health care setting.

Responsibilities:

To supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern the facility, and as may be required by the Assistant Director and Director of Nursing to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.

Key Qualifications

• Must have, at a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved License Practical or Vocational Nurse program.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a License Practical or Vocational Nurse in this state.
• One (1) year of experience in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related health care facility.
