Job summary

HMR Veteran's Services, LLC is seeking a licensed practical or vocational nurse to supervise daily nursing activities in our facility in accordance with federal, state, and local standards. The role focuses on maintaining high quality care.

The candidate must hold an active LPN/LVN license in this state and have at least one year of hospital or long-term care experience. The position offers an environment committed to patient well-being.

Qualifications

• Must have a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN/LVN in this state.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations to ensure the highest quality care.
• Coordinate with supervisory leadership to maintain quality care and compliance at all times.

Education

Nursing Degree or LPN/LVN program graduate

Active LPN/LVN license in the state

Responsibilities

To supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern the facility, and as may be required by the Assistant Director and Director of Nursing to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.

Key Qualifications

• Must have, at a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved License Practical or Vocational Nurse program.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a License Practical or Vocational Nurse in this state.
• One (1) year of experience in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related health care facility.
