Job summary

HMR Veteran's Services, LLC is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day nursing activities in our facility, ensuring the highest quality care. The role requires a Nursing Degree or an approved LPN/LVN program, current license, and at least one year of healthcare facility experience.

You will ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local standards while supporting a compassionate care environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a Nursing Degree or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN/LVN in this state.
• One year of experience in a hospital, nursing care facility, or related health care facility.

Responsibilities

To supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern the facility, and as may be required by the Assistant Director and Director of Nursing to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.

Key Qualifications

• Must have, at a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved License Practical or Vocational Nurse program.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a License Practical or Vocational Nurse in this state.
• One (1) year of experience in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related health care facility.
