Job summary

Columbia Cottage in Palmyra, PA is seeking a compassionate LPN Charge Nurse to join our assisted living team. You will oversee daily clinical operations, provide direct nursing care, and document care and progress with attention to physician direction.

The role requires an active LPN license, First Aid certification, strong communication, and teamwork. Evening shifts with weekend/holiday rotations and comprehensive benefits are offered.
