Job summary

Belaire Health Care Center in Gastonia, NC is seeking licensed practical nurses (LPNs) for its 80-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. We offer a supportive team and opportunities to build meaningful patient relationships.

You will supervise CNAs, provide direct patient care, and document patient status for RN review, adhering to MFA guidelines and state regulations. New grads welcome.

Qualifications

• Current license by the North Carolina Board of Nursing to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse.

The LPN supervises CNAs and provides direct patient care in accordance with state, federal and MFA guidelines. Provides general nursing care to patients in accordance with state and federal regulations and MFA nursing policy and procedures. Writes weekly/monthly summaries of patients’ status, abilities and addresses problems identified in the patient care plan for RN review.

Qualifications include but are not limited to:
