Location: Windom, MN

Pay Range: $20.33 – $31.28

Part-time: 3-4 days a week

Windom Area Health is seeking a part-time LPN or Certified Medical Assistant to provide support services to visiting, outreaching, and outpatient clinics. Duties include providing assistance rooming patients, telehealth visits, supporting and covering for Outreach Coordinators and assisting the Scheduling department. Strong computer and organizational skills are essential with a dedication to quality care. LPN candidate must have current MN LPN license. MA candidate must have CMA or RMA certification. One year of clinic experience and technical training preferred. Position is primarily Monday – Friday.

Qualifications:

• BLS, and current LPN license in State of MN or current CMA (Certified Medical Assistant) or RMA (Registered Medical Assistant) certificate.

• Prior experience working in a clinic, preferably in a clinic setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care with compassion and empathy.
