Job summary

Shepherd of the Hills Living Center in Branson, Missouri, is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. You will provide high-quality nursing care to residents, collaborating with CNAs and CMTs to ensure comfort and safety.

Responsibilities include administering medications, documenting treatments, guiding patients and families, and contributing to planning and evaluating care. LPN licensure is required with at least 1 year of experience preferred; we offer a sign-on

Qualifications

• LPN licensure and current ability to practice in Missouri.
• 1 year of preferred nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents as assigned in collaboration with CNAs and CMTs.
• Administer and record medications and treatments as assigned.
• Reinforce and provide health care instructions to residents and families.
• Participate with team members in planning, implementing, and evaluating care.
• Assist in admission, transfer, and discharge of patients.
• Observe and report vital signs and overall condition.
• Document patient responses to nursing care on charts.
• Maintain safe, comfortable environmental conditions.
• Assist with unit management or assume charge as assigned.
