You will provide direct patient care, administer medications, monitor conditions, document progress, and collaborate with doctors, nurses, and therapists.

The role requires an active LPN license in Kentucky and willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed practical nurse with current certification.
• Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach are essential.
• One year of clinical experience as an LPN.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, taking vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the nursing staff.
• Assist with patient mobility, including transferring and positioning patients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Promote a safe and clean nursing environment by following infection control protocols.
• Participate in staff meetings and continuous education programs to enhance your nursing skills.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
