Spring Creek Rehab in Murray, Kentucky is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team. The role includes administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with activities of daily living.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop care plans, maintain accurate records, and participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• LPN license active in Kentucky or Multistate Compact.
