Job summary

Three Rivers Care in Centralia, WA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an on-site role. The position pays $35.00–$40.50 per hour DOE and requires a current LPN license. You will observe, administer, and record medications and vital signs, while coordinating with the care team to support patients and families.

Qualifications

• Current and valid LPN license.

Responsibilities

• Observe, administer, record medications, treatments, and patient's vital signs, symptoms, and general condition.
• Reinforce support and provide health care instructions to patients and their families.
• Participates with other team members in planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities.
• Assist with admission, transfer, and discharge of patients.
• Assist with unit management and/or assume charge of unit as assigned.
