Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct, quality clinical care and supervise nursing assistants across units at Violet Springs Health Campus in Pickerington, OH. The role emphasizes resident observation, timely reporting, and holistic care within the LPN scope.

You will participate in medication monitoring, perform administrative duties, and respond to emergencies in collaboration with the charge nurse and physicians.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state LPN license.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Visit residents on assigned unit daily to observe and evaluate each resident's status and notify the charge nurse, physician, or Director of Nursing if there is a change.
• Identify resident problems and emergency situations and initiate immediate lifesaving measures when there is no physician available.
• Provide holistic care for residents within the LPN scope of practice.
• Assist in monitoring inventory of medications, supplies and equipment to ensure adequate stock.
• Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, and charting.
• Report occupational exposures to blood, body fluids, infectious materials, and hazardous chemicals per policy.
