Job summary

Champion City Nursing & Rehabilitation in Pittsburgh, PA is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for full-time and part-time positions. Shifts run 8 hours: 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am. A $2.00/hr shift differential is offered for the 3pm-11pm shift.

Qualifications

Current LPN licensure in Pennsylvania (PA).
0+ years of healthcare experience or less is acceptable.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care, including vital sign checks and medication administration.
Develop and implement individualized care plans with the healthcare team.
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to supervising RNs or physicians.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
Support quality improvement initiatives within the unit.
