Qualifications

• Current unencumbered Vermont LPN license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) staff on assigned units.
• Deliver care in accordance with Facility protocol and safe nursing practices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as needed.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress.
