Job summary

Rocky Mountain Care's Hunter Hollow in West Valley City seeks a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care and supervise CNAs per regulations. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with the care team to deliver holistic care.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted LPN license in practicing state.
• A Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Current CPR certification.
• Prior experience in long-term care preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Directs the daily activities of the licensed practical/vocational nurse and certified nursing assistants.
• Prepares and administers medications as per physicians' orders and observes for adverse effects.
• Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to ensure residents' needs are holistically met.
• Assists in admission, discharge and transfers of residents as required.
