Onyx Care of Natchitoches in Natchitoches, LA is seeking an LPN to join our dedicated team. You will supervise nursing assistants, manage shift services, and help deliver high-quality resident care in a post-acute setting.

The role requires an active Louisiana nursing license; CPR is preferred. We offer competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package in a supportive work environment.

Formación

• Current Louisiana nursing license is required.
• CPR certification is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants; plan shift services, programs and activities.
• Make written and oral reports/recommendations; admit, transfer and discharge residents; provide leadership to nursing staff.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician.
• Develop and maintain good rapport with inter-departmental personnel to ensure nursing services meet resident needs.
• Monitor staff for adherence to safety regulations in equipment usage.
• Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information.
