Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, you will plan, coordinate, provide and manage nursing care, education, and services for our residents, including supervising CNAs and coordinating care across the unit.

Qualifications

• Must have unrestricted LPN license.
• Plan, coordinate, provide and manage nursing care under supervision.
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff to ensure safety.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care/services provided by CNAs and other staff.
• Coordinate nursing care on the unit to ensure appropriate care.
• Provide safe medication-related interventions and document orders.
