Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participate with the interdisciplinary team to review, plan, coordinate and evaluate resident care.
• Document resident condition and nursing needs accurately and timely.
• Develop, direct, and monitor nursing assistant assignments based on census and care level.
• Execute treatments and document reactions to medications and treatments.
• Generate, prepare, administer, and chart medications.
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers to ensure quality service.
• Communicate with families regarding changes in medications or resident status.
