Responsibilities

Coordinates resident care with Administrator, Director of Nursing and other disciplines to ensure quality care.
Ensure care plans are implemented and updated based on resident needs.
Respond to call lights and communicate needs promptly when requests cannot be met independently.
Complete daily rounds and provide shift reports to oncoming staff.
Support survey readiness and quality assurance activities.
Demonstrate effective communication and documentation abilities.
Maintain organizational and time-management skills.
