Job summary

San Luis Care Center, a Life Care Centers of America facility in Alamosa, Colorado, seeks a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. You will deliver quality nursing care, monitor patients, and supervise CNAs within a multidisciplinary setting.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited LPN program.
• Currently licensed/registered in applicable State.
• Must maintain an active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
