Qualifications

• Applicants should have a current state RN/LPN license.
• Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.
• One year of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists RN with development of plan of care and daily living activities.
• Monitors and communicates patient status with RN, physician, patient, and families.
• Schedules appointments and procedures as ordered by the provider.
• Obtains insurance re-authorizations for testing and scheduled procedures.
• Maintains a clean and safe working environment.
• Reports incidents and hazards and participates in safety training.
