About the Role:

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) specializing in Cardiology plays a critical role in supporting cardiologists and healthcare teams in delivering exceptional cardiovascular care to patients. This position involves monitoring patients' cardiac health, administering prescribed treatments, and assisting with diagnostic procedures to ensure accurate and timely care. The LPN will be responsible for educating patients and their families about heart health, medication management, and lifestyle modifications to promote recovery and prevent complications. Working closely with interdisciplinary teams, the LPN ensures seamless communication and coordination of care plans tailored to each patient's unique cardiac condition. Ultimately, this role contributes significantly to improving patient outcomes and enhancing the quality of life for individuals with cardiovascular diseases.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of employment within the United States.
  • Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
