We welcome a Licensed Practical Nurse ready to contribute within an interdisciplinary team, with orientation support for patients and families as needed.

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered license to practice by the State Board of Nursing.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential required.
• Open to new grads and fresh graduates.

Responsibilities

• Supervises MHTs, delegates tasks and monitors patients for changes in condition.
• Follows hospital policy for medication administration and transcribes/administers physician orders accurately.
• Delivers quality nursing care, ensuring treatment plan goals are executed and documents patient progress.
• Interacts with patients and groups, upholding patient rights and clear communication.
• Monitors detox protocols and communicates patient responses to the Interdisciplinary Treatment Team.
• Orientation of patients and families to the program, preserving confidentiality.
