Job summary

Ethan Crossing Recover is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to supervise MHTs, deliver compassionate care, and monitor patient progress within our behavioral health and substance use disorder program.

You will follow hospital policy for medication administration, document outcomes, and support patients and families in understanding treatment plans, while maintaining confidentiality and patient rights.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited practical nursing program or relevant state licensure.
• Open to New Grad.
• Must be 21yrs or older.

Responsibilities

• Supervises MHT’s, delegating tasks and monitoring patients for changes in condition.
• Follows hospital policy for medication administration and transcribes/administers physician orders accurately.
• Delivers quality nursing care, ensuring treatment plan goals are executed, and documents patient progress.
• Interacts with patients and groups, enhancing communication and upholding patient rights.
• Monitors detox protocols and communicates patient responses to the Interdisciplinary Treatment Team.
• Orientates patients/families to the program, preserves confidentiality.

Full Time Shift: 3 12 shifts plus every other weekend rotation.

Full Time Shift Hours : 7:00am-7:00pm

Rate: $26-31/hour
$5K Sign-On Bonus
