Are you a new or seasoned LPN with a passion for mental health? At Easterseals PORT Health, we’re seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN to join our Virginia REACH team designed to provide support to individuals in our Youth Crisis Therapeutic Home (YCTH) located in Culpeper, VA.

*$2,000 sign-on and retention bonus for full-time LPNs

Choose your ideal schedule:

• Saturday, Sunday 7a-7p and Tuesday, Thursday 3p-11p
• Sunday, Monday 7p-7a and Tuesday, Wednesday 11p-7a
• Wednesday 3p-11p, Thursday 11p-7a and Friday, Saturday 7p-7a

What You’ll Do:

• The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides medical support and nursing services for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and co-occurring behavioral health needs.
• Responsibilities include administering medications, conducting nursing assessments, providing health education, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• This role involves collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting individuals’ overall health and wellness.

What We’re Looking For:

To join our team, you must be able to provide care in a crisis group home, have a passion for helping others, experience with MS Office suite and data entry, strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as a valid driver's license and car insurance.

We also require the following:

• Current valid, unrestricted licensed as a Practical Nurse in the state of Virginia.
• Knowledge of the MH and I/DD systems of care preferred.
• Experience with crisis prevention and intervention services preferred.
